How to Submit a Fish Into the Program
Approved scale must be zeroed prior to weighing and shown in the video sequence.
Fish must be clearly alive and angler must clearly state their name as it is entered in the program. Anglers must also state the time, date, location (state), and the locked weight for each video submission.
The official object of the program must be clearly visible in the submitted video.
If a scale weight is illegible due to any factor including video quality, dirty scale screen, or any other reason, video submission will not count. Weight MUST be clearly shown and stated in video.
Weigh the fish and then show the safe release all in one video sequence, it cannot be broken into any other videos, so one singular video will be submitted only.
The only approved scales for the program are a Catch Commander Scale, Foreverlast Scale Gripper Combo, or Bubba Smart Fish Scale/Pro Series Smart Fish Scale.
All weights must be displayed in Decimal lbs. (4.56lbs). Any submissions that are sent in lbs and oz format will NOT be accepted.
The boundaries are in navigational waters within the coastal water boundaries as specified by law which may vary by each individual state.
Sponsors, owners, & board of directors, do not accept any responsibilities of each individual to follow rules and directives of this program nor do they accept any liability while participating in this event and by paying the fee and accepting the rules each individual agrees to waive these rights.
Trout entered into the program must be submitted within 12 hours of the catch and release.
A confirmation text or email will be sent to each video submission entered into the program.
All video submissions will be reviewed once a week. Live Leaderboards will be updated once a week by 12 am on Sunday.
ALL ANGLERS MUST SUBMIT A CATCH SUBMISSION FORM BEFORE THEY UPLOAD ASSOCIATED VIDEOS. ANGLERS CAN ADD UP TO 5 CATCH SUBMISSIONS ON THE FORM AT ONE TIME. ANGLERS MUST SELECT "HEAVY STRINGER" FROM THE DROP DOWN LIST ON THE LEFT SIDE FOR ALL ENTRIES.
All video submissions must be uploaded to the specified Dropbox link/QR code provided by the Heavy Hitters Program, which will be posted on social media as well as on the bottom of this page.
